By checking the box I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the QRlicious customer agreement and that after clicking “Submit” on this order form I must pay for my custom QR Code on the following page before QRlicious will begin work on my custom code. I also acknowledge that QRlicious will do their best to accommodate all of my color and design requests but can only alter the code so much before it becomes unusable.
