What happens after I order?


Support Team

Once you place your order a member of our support team checks over your order details to make sure we’ve got everything we need to get started on your custom QR code. Once we’ve confirmed your order details our support team sends your order details to the project manager.

Project Manager

The project manager is responsible for making sure you get your code on time and that things run smoothly through out the design process. The project manager will assign your custom QR code order to a designer and set a delivery date based on your selected turnaround time.


Once the designer receives your order they begin creating your first draft. Once the draft is tested you will receive an email containing a first draft image. Keep in mind that this draft is a low res proof. You can then request changes or approve your draft to receive your final high res files.
